Maybe I would if you made the videos a bit longer esp the Hamilton videos where I can barely stand the guy, but the videos always end very early and at the best parts, when the drugs get taken.. Can you guys stop or fix that unless it's on purpose and you just want to make 7 min videos as a tease then why bother? I love this video and others like it and would love to know and see more, why do the videos have to be so damn short?

Holly shit! I just learned from this video that the cactus my wife had me transplant 10 years ago is a San Pedro (Echinopsis pachanoi), i must have 40 or more of them now, all over 10 foot long each! I just liked the one we had but he was dying, so i transplanted his little new born branches (as many of them)... And right next to them there is a huge Angel's trumpet plant (Scopolamine, Hyoscine). And i thought god had me far away from drugs!

I can't stress this enough, the grass at 3:00 is Dactylis Glomerata, not Phalaris Aquatica. And Safrole comes from sassafras and is the precursor for making MDMA and MDA there is no known MDA or MDMA in nature.

It's idiotic how alcohol is legal but not mushrooms and psychedelics the only reason why they don't I think is because it would be a direct threat to anti depressants and anti anxiety meds and other pharmaceuticals.

I would appreciate when you would show us more of what the peoples in your documentaries talk about. And when i see that the documentary is just 7 minutes long i think, there is way more material that you can put into the documentary when you fly over to the australian jungle and talk to a guy who collects and grows psychoactive plants. But still thanks for this peace of work :)

Hit the Acacia phlebophylla down your way ;-) Where I live near Byron, we have 3+ types of phenylpropanoid bearing plants (Olivers Sassafras etc.), an Ibogaine type alkaloid containing plant and a Hodgkinsonia species who’s Northern QLD brother is being studied for its opioid effect. Not to mention the two varieties of Tryptamine bearing fungi in the warmer season. There is so much out here to be learnt if the passion and know how is there... :-)

Hit the endangered plants? maybe go and collect seeds instead. there's plenty other tryptamine Acacias to work with that aren't threatened.

There are a few different fields of study within the umbrella of drug research. The study of the effects of drugs on the mind is psychopharmacology and the effect on the physical mechanisms of the brain is neuropsychopharmacology. Ethnobotony is the study of naturally occuring compounds found in plants traditionally used for medicinal and religious purposes.
