Thanks for tuning it to Mountain Man Picker!
In this video, Mountain Man Picker searches local Thrift Stores to find some Vinyl Records to sell online and keep the momentum going, even during some tough times for shopping. In spite of hundreds of LP Records flipped through with not much success, several profitable picks are discovered at 45 cents each, on sale, at one Thrift Store, that will be re-sold for profit online.
To find some of these vintage lp records online and available for purchase, here is the link to our "5 Star General Store" on eBay: www.ebay.com/s...

Claudine Longet is fantastic, grab those albums next time if you can, someone will want them whether they know it yet or not. Thanks for sharing, this was cool to see, I recognize a lot of similar artists from the bargain bins at the my local record store in South East Idaho. This era of late sixties through late seventies albums are fairly common in the secondhand antique and vintage stores but that doesn't mean the music is not worth discovering. Never would have discovered such great artists such as Carole King and Grand Funk Railroad if I hadn't bothered with used records. It's such a rewarding and positive hobby.

Great comments here. I will have to check out Claudine Longet for sure, thanks! And, I totally agree with you that this IS such a rewarding and positive hobby / "side hustle". I've also picked up hundreds of Grand Funk, Carole King, Beach Boys, James Taylor, Jim Croce, 60s & 70s Classic Rock, etc.. etc.. I love keeping the LPs I want to keep and re-selling the ones I no longer need. More coming soon! Cheers!

Claudine "The Killer" Longet. Interesting wiki search for sure. Her two final albums (71, 72) are particularly desirable. The black album and the one where she giving a dead stare into the camera

Enjoyed your video. I look thro charity shops (thrift stores), jumble sales and car boot sales here in the UK. Got to sympathise with you as I've got to wade thro exactly the same mix of old religious records, 50's crooners, old country & folk music, musicals and brass band records, before I get to something half decent! Got to say, I thought you would have picked the Olivia Newton John record at 5:02. Worth up to £30 ($38) depending on cat No. and condition! ..never mind, keep on keeping on man!

Thank you for the awesome comments, my friend! I will definitely be on the lookout for that Olivia Newton John record, I didn't realize the value on that one. I will keep on picking and more videos up soon. Cheers!

I enjoyed your vinyl adventure! Famous 56, WFIL, Rockin’ in the Cradle of Liberty! That was one of their slogans. I was growing up in the metro Philly area when that album was released. Hope you get some good thrift store vinyl finds. Rock on!

Watching this video is like climbing into a time machine and setting it to go backwards in time, So many of those LPs from the 50s and 60s are familiar to me..

Yes, I feel the same way. I ended up with a ton of those same LPs from the 50s from my parents. Still love listening to the 60s LPs. Thanks!

That ARC place had a ton of books and VHS. I sometimes sell in that category. With all those records, didn't look like there was too much of interest. When I look through records, mostly I find lots of Ray Conniff, Jim Nabors and big boxed sets of the classics. At least you found a few items.

Thanks for the helpful comments. You named the artists I run into a lot as well... makes it tough out there. I also sell books, CDs, and some VHS tapes. I should probably put up a video on that soon. Thanks again for watching!
