normally, when you disconnect the starter button, you disconnect the kill button. It didn't occur to me to double check until after one of the guys here mentioned it!

My 81 superglide had a starterbutton on the startmotor....hated it. When the bugger stops running in traffic (and it will, frequently) you have to stop...put it in neutral and then start because you can’t pull the clutch and reach for the button with one hand. Pain in the ass.

Oh sorry...he was a infomercial guy on TV that was basically on ever channel late at night selling shit....ever hear of Ron Popeel? He did the same in the 70's and 80's then Billy Maze was the guy from 90's till about 5-10 years ago till he died "with cocaine" found in his system and died of a heart attack.
