I’ve tried looking for one of those lamps and it’s asking me if I want narrow beam or broad beam, white, warm white, what’s urs ? I do prefer the warm white beams but didn’t know what broad beam and Narrow beam ment ?

I'm using the narrow beam and I think warm white would be better than white. But mine is white.
