A couple of suggestion, since even I don't know how I managed to win this 3 times in a row: Family happiness >>>>> bars. You need those inquiries and you need to find the sinners, also bars are easy to recover, but families never really recover from angry unless with big sacrifices. Virtues are good but it will never be something bad so you need to focus 200% to find vices, especially since if you don't get rid of the 7 sinners you lose no matter what. Try to keep families happy because the game usually have 8 sinners ( 2 per category ) and 12 seasons, so you have to do 4 shots to good people. minor big sins are the best expecially if in their own category. Virtue in their own job is AMAZING, even at +5, because it often means if you are in trouble you can solo shot them and go over the bar. Sin in their category makes them useless, think of them as targets for those 4 extra bullets. EVERYTHING IS A CLUE: look at what the box says, how they respond when you hire them, and what they say when they work. Often i can recognize the Athletic and the Timid easier, even the Teen is not hard to spot. You need 1 sacrifice every season. This means once you have your target, the other 4 members of the council should be selected from the best, ESPECIALLY if you still don't know their vices fully. And last but not least, you don't need to keep things over the red, you need to not have anything over the red 2 season in a row. If you know your roster can be ultra ignorant, taking a huge hit to unmask a Kegnni sinner is not bad, especially considering that even if it's a sinner, without proof the family will hate you still.

I actually bought the game shortly after seeing your first video on it. Beat it on my third try, I absolutely love deducing who major sinners are and keeping house reps in check. I dunno if this will help, but I find that inquiring ppl whose vice category has already been revealed helps narrow down the list of suspects. I usually keep ppl with a vice of -20 off my team too, since virtues add +15 at best and it's easier to go with more balanced cultists. Unless I can't find any suspects for major vices, then Ill grab a -20 and sacrifice them since they're useless to me anyways.

Dobermans are amazing and look great. Kinda have that Hellhound/Kerberos thing going on with the red belly and black back, sharp face contures and pointed ears. And if they have the long uncut tails... one sexi looking douge right there :3

Great game for a quick session =) Btw chao chaos are more likely to bite somebody then dobermans and most other dogs, especially their owners, pretty stupid and unruly dogs those, while dobermans temperament is just overrated, they can be trained well and listen to their owners, they had their evil image created by movies thats all =)

I've been working on beating this game, and it's harder than it seems. The furthest I've gotten is a year and two seasons, before one of my stats fell too low for too long

A lot of it comes down to luck as well especially in the early game. If you can't find a major sinner in the first 2 seasons you have a problem on your hands. Luckily if you watch the bars you can figure out who they are without divining their stats, but still if I havent found one early it's usually trouble later on.

When the god speaks to you, the trait he wants you to encourage tells you which family the sinner is in. Whoever is lacking in the trait that the sin weakens that matches the gender the god says is your sinner the god wants.

So I have a question I wonder if you figured this out yet cuz I haven't so sometimes the family bar underneath at the beginning of the season will be red and they'll be zealous but the bar after you do each action which counts up the points from negative to positive or whatever will be like really high but their bar will be red. Its confusing.

Quintessential the families respect or whatever isn't the same as that meter. You have to keep that bar above to not lose but a family can dislike u and it's whatevs

Hey I completed a run after my fouth try, turns out it becomes stupid easy when you get rid of the mayor sinners, I also abused the fact that you can have the stats go below the treshhold for one season, good way to go hard on one sin and catch the mayor sinner, you can let that one recover next season and try with anotherone.
