Now looking side by side i can tell the difference in the mustang 2+2 fastback.. so far i have found 3 of the metal "secret" chase ones so i havent been able to see the difference but now i see it..good hunt

The Neon Speeders Challenger, has a metal base. Got the Chevelle and Challenger this morning. Hope to find the Mustang variant too, I've completed the set, minus the 'chase'.

The best way to find all three mystery cars is to lift the top flap of the box. If you see the letter A stamped then that box will have 1,2,3. If you see the letter B then you will only find car 2,3. Unless you just want content or let the kids dig through.

I've been trying to figure this out myself. The spectraflame-like paint, the metal base, and the random one per case shipping sure make it seem like a chase. I've got both and there's more than a subtle difference in the different paint. I like to hear more thoughts on this from other collectors. Thanks.
