I really enjoyed watching "The Mod Squad" in person all week. You all have made a Modified fan out of me in addition to the Late Models. Shout out to Jordan who just couldn't catch a break all week, but I'm sure he will bounce back soon. Man, Joseph is quite the wheel man. I said earlier that he could start last in a balloon race and be done and sitting at the dinner table before the second place balloon landed! Jonathan can wheel those mods real good. Jesse sorta surprised me, but showed he has a lot of talent that I believe most of us did not see prior to this week. I can guarantee I will be back down next year to watch "The Mod Squad" if they run this series again.

this has been the most enjoyable, series of races Ive seen from the HTF crew in I dont know when! each race had me on the edge of my seat leaning into the turns with every lap! the 3 of you were very competitive especially to be newbie Modified drivers. you all looked like veteran Modified racers, out standing show from each of you.

Congratulations guys on a really good week of racing....... A couple of observations, Joseph we already knew was a wheel man but showed that he can get into a completely different car and with a few laps to get acclimated to the car can absolutely hustle it around and run upfront. Jonathon..... The perverbial older wiser driver who can still get it done, just like riding a bike however in completely different cars can get in and go to the front also...... But Jesse, yep he is my biggest surprise. I didn't really know what to expect, but Jesse showing that he can get it done and run up front in a completely different type of car was my biggest surprise. Congrats to all of the guys, but an especial congrats to Jesse for showing that he's got IT and can run up front. Keep up the great work all 3 of the guys.

Yes, Jesse is really showing how much of a WheelMan he is. I was also a bit surprised by his efforts, but shouldn't have been. Like Joseph said, it's only a matter of time before Jesse beats him. Fun fact 2015 i raced 2 nights. My kids first 2 races to watch me and ny last to race. Raced friday and Saturday. Friday i got 6th in time won fast dash 2nd in heat and won feature from row 5. Saturday qualifying was mid pack won the heat got like 7th in feature. All in all borrowed a 16 year olds car at the time barely fit in seat in any direction including steering and pedals. Greatest moments of my life. Also the last race my grandpa was alive and came to i won the feature. Racing is an amazing thing for people to do

3 wheels is faster than 4. Less rotating mass. That’s how I won wood derby cars as a kid and lots of races in imca, get that left front in the air. The 22 has the right setup.

Jordan was apparently at the track with his car. While he doesn't drive one of the team cars, HE IS A PART OF THE TEAM. Why couldn't someone have ambled over to his car with a camera so we could see it with the white numbers and sponsor decals? (We did get a partial glimpse of it in the background at the first track.) I wish Jordan wasn't basically ignored in most of the HTF videos. Without Bradford around this year, even more of the work falls to Jordan.

Well those driver from Illinois are some tough competition, that was always my experience when I would go to Illinois for races. Yet this here proves once again it is not just at tracks that these Illinois are familiar with, it is also applies anywhere else the Illinois drivers go. Like Mike Chasteen for instance would always do well at tracks he had not been to or only been to once or twice. It is great to see his son Mike Chasteen Jr behind the wheel of a car. There never was a dull moment with Mike Chasteen Sr. and when I have spoken with Mike Chasteen Jr around it is still fun times I am sure.
