​@@davidttowns I'm going to explain the format for you. In (B) qualifying Joseph was in the mid 20's but Overall with group (A) he was in the 50's. After a inversion of the line up that put him on the front row of a heat race for a preliminary feature starting spot he finished 2nd. The 2nd place finish in a heat lined Joseph up 10th in a preliminary feature In the preliminary Joseph finished 12th or 14th in that feature. On the 2nd night the DREAM feature heats were ran 3 group (A) 3 Group (B) taking 3 cars from each heat. I can't remember where he finished but he wasn't close to Hunting the front. At that point he has to run 1 of 2 B mains (last chance races) were he again finished in the teens David Towns do you now understand how much there leaving out on this video ?

All week long the track couldn't take power it was too slick so at this event how could you tell if they enough power or not ? Secondly do you realize the new Jay Dickens isn't a wide bore motor. Just questions for thought.

I helped build and crewed on asphalt circle track cars for years. Last one we built was a pro late model that ran a crate 604 GM sealed engine. Sealed meant there was no tear down to check the engine by the officials . I always found a 604 we ran in the late model and our sportsman worked alot better the second season. We also tested our new cars for many laps before we raced them so we could set them up. With a new engine and a new car you guys did a phenomenal job setting it up as you raced.....congrats

@@brandoncarpenter4637 the rules we ran under anyone team can challenge an engine. We pull it and they get to tear it down. If the engine is within the rules that team buys us a new engine. We had a used 604 crate in our sportsman and it ran up front most races. People accused us of having a cheater engine but would not take our challenge to pull it apart. To check an engine the officials would just measure the profile of the cam with a program on their laptop.

Hunt the Front, made some huge strides forward! Your getting closer with the set up. Seemed as though car was sticking in corners and Joseph you were able to step on the throttle sooner in the exit. AWESOME JOB HUNT THE FRONT TEAM!!!!

@@woodywood7759 Sorry Brother of HTF Fan Base but Joseph didn't Qualify to run in the BIG SHOW. Just my two cents Need the chassis in the track to make moves and HTF lacks that experience. Instead of buying engine after engine Maybe invest in an old timer with chassis setups per track experience? Jessy can learn from that aswell. Love what HTF has accomplished in such a short time. Yea I agree you can't exspect to run up front without someone calling the shots on chassis setup and tire setup someone with knowledge on dry slick tracks to heavy horsepower tracks! You can buy all the chassis brands with the best engines possible but if your not consistently keeping up with the track changing and adjusting the chassis for it and choosing the correct tire as well as preping the tires
