Thank you for making this great video. Could you provide us a recipe on how to make the apricot soup? How do I know which apricot to use (bitter or sweet?). A lot of people first become interested in the Hunza diet because of this soup.

Thanks! Some of the names are very similar to Turkish, especially in Wakhi. We use the similar names for some! l have found out that those words for food are used in most Turkic Countries in Central Asia. So, Hunzas are old Turkic such as 'Mugals' in lndia.

But in the western goverments allow spraying GLYPHOSATE (roundup) over the corn fields short before harvesting it. The death plants become dry and bring higher grain gain - poisoned grain, and : flour, bread, cakes, noodles, pan cakes etc. i.e. cancer for us. GLYPHOSATE is said to be siilar/same (?) as "agnet orange the US use in the Vietnam war to destroy the jungle - causing massive birth defects and cancer in Vietnamese children and adults. Same effects today in the GLYPHOSATE sprayed Genetically Modified soja in Southamerica. ... brith defects in pig baybies from GMO soja food.

Dear friend, I'm not from Pakistan and not Hunza! I'm Tajik! But you obyazhaesh our brothers in northern Pakistan! Do not say that they are gypsies and do not humiliate them! We have never put you Europeans above yourself! Before that bad talk, read about these people's history, culture and language! The people of this region are indigenous people of Central Asia very ancient. We are not Turkic Mongols, not Arabs and not Indians and not Chinese!

Imagine how long they would live if they ate healthily. Noone lives 150 years because he eats so much bread. They probably live long because they live on the Himalayas where the air is purified.
@calexprenas
@calexprenas 3 жыл бұрын
exactly. their diet isn’t particularly more healthy than many other traditional plant-based diets but the food they do eat is fresh, the water and air pure, they are outdoors in the sun all the time even in cold temperatures, engage in daily physical labor into old age, and they have strong social ties and a sense of belonging through old age. it’s the whole picture that gives them their long life span, not necessarily the specific dietary foods. oh and i’d also add to the long list above that the Hunza people largely sit on the ground rather than on chairs - i’d imagine holding themselves upright without back support and having to get up from a low position all the time is great exercise!

Their bread actually has a lot of protein and little carbohydrate . Very similiar to the breads in ancient times when the wheats are natural and protein-based with little sugar. Today in the modern world, our bread is genetically modified to have mostly carbohydrate and little protein. This is so that it is easy to mass produce it and easily be baken into many different kinds of pastries today. The problem is that it is unhealthy and make our blood sugar spike. These hunza breads are very healthy because it is from natural, unmodified wheat that is mostly protein-based and has little carbohydrate, compared to our modern bread which is mostly carbohydrate-based. Look up todays sourdough breads it is very similar to these ancient protein-based breads

Nope its not their diet and not the air, anyone can eat healthy diet from their garden and yet age at certain point, the secret to their longevity is WATER their water is so pure that it can complete detox their body from toxins with natural minerals.. i know a lady that looks 40s and shes almost 80.. i looked into her diet which is plant based, nuts seeds veggies fruit, sprouts, but the most important part was that she makes her own DISTILLED WATER.
