In 1970 worked at the rail finishing mill and we had a 19 year old guy that could do like 4 things at once as he fed the drillers on the go devil's...Watching this guy was like watching him again...They both have a gift and are the best I have seen in their fields...This guy is just the best...

Most interesting even after watching it for the second time. These railway-ties or sleepers, as they are also called, come in a certain dimension. Is the man handling the cuts controlling that dimension? Some extra thinner cuts are made as well, probably as a final adjustment. I saw a good number of saw mills in the south of Sweden. None were as effective, not even the most modern ones. I saw the whole equipment on your homepage. Excellent engineering.

Sped up. Real time doesn't seem like it would be slow but I run a custom hmc saw that's a year old.

Muy buena Máquina Carro, una lástima que no se sepa aprovechar los rollos, sale mucho desperdicio ya que esa máquina es para aprovechar lo máximo lo que da un rollo de madera. Lo digo porque fui Oficial Aserrador de madera de Sierra Carro (la que se ve) y de Máquina Sinfín con más de 25 años de experiencia. La tarea de un Oficial Aserrador es aprovechar al máximo lo que se puede sacar de un rollo. Saludos. Desde República Argentina.

@pulppeeler....what i mean is the grade market is not good here in Arkansas as well as other parts of the country,,,I got friends that run mills in the surrounding states that can't get rid of there side lumber so they do the same just to break even..the ones that can get rid of there side lumber better count there blessings at least for now....
