Hurricane has been around for quite a while now and there's one thing I haven't heard mentioned by Kaedon or any of their drivers who post on KZbin... How many successful lease completions have there been , and how many of those occurred in the last ten years? This should be one of the MOST IMPORTANT questions asked by a prospective employee IMO.... this is a question that should be asked of ANY lease/ purchase company..

What you should do is a video on people who have completed their lease and own the trucks if there are any you've been doing this program long enough you should have at least a hundred if you're really interested in the driver succeeding

It's up to the driver to succeed and make a contract that works for him (the driver). It's the drivers responsibility to succeed not the companies.

Truckers are the farthest thing away from a 2nd class citizen. To me they're the most important people right beside military,police, firemen and all medical personnel. Thanks for running a great company.

There's a Lady I worked for from Normal Illinois.If she saw you were right and she believed you She would stick up for you till the end of time.I never ever had to worry if there was an issue she would be right beside me.The Company was Williams Nationalease her name was Sandy Hakes.I agree with this Guy right here.I was in the game for 30 years and I'm serious when I say I'm getting the same Vibe from this Guy here.Face it in the Trucking Buisness you're not gonna get your way every single time it's just not gonna happen.This Guy talking about being with his Dad on the road etc.I Think a Guy could do alot worse than working for this Company but that's just my opinion.

I always loved hurricane don't get me wrong! In Oklahoma do you pay excise tax all that shit how about heavy road tax what's that now. People Don't know cost of just getting 1 on the road.maine use to give you 30 days for the rest of money.. pay tax old truck was cap 365 If I remember correct

Well if I was a company that wanted to grow and make as much money as I could I would hire qualified owner operators also I have a 2022 389 peterbilt and you guys said that you wouldn't hire me only if I buy a truck from you. Well to me that's not good business it's about control and making money off of those guys 1500 to 2000 a week take home isn't much money at all those are company driver wages. You flash the shiny new truck and lights in front of them and they bite make them put 20 percent down to buy the truck so they have some equity in the purchase but I guess if you do that then you lose the control that you want.

its the same in the uk treat every driver like 2nd class citizens my dad went through the same thing but the tide is turning now due to driver shortage and people are starting to realise without us they have nothing
