I own at Beach and Tennis. Everything and I mean everything was wiped out. it may not look like it to you. The water surge was 15 to 20 ft. All ground floor and 2 nd floors were wiped out. The water came down from the roof and it got most of the walls. It's going to be a lot of tearing out. What didn't get wiped out is full of black mold. Coconut Jack's, Doc's and Fish House were wiped out with partial frames remaining. Many people like myself have lost their incomes. Owning rental condos is the same as losing a big on your 401K. I will never be able to recover. Insurance only covers incidents that occur because of some internal issue not what is considered flooding. This was the biggest storm ever to devastate the US. I am not going to argue who got it worse because this thing affected so many of us. Only 18% of people in Florida have flood insurance. It's just sad everywhere. My thoughts and prayers to us all and especially to those families whose loved one died.

@@philippians4410 yes and we shouldn’t build where earthquakes or tornados occur or where the temperature requires heating and floods happen.
