Its not the fact that a building is standing,it it the cleanup and mold and if it is structurally sound.

Well, two things are immediately apparently: 1) whoever engineered their building should be commended. The surge washed right through and the structure survived. 2) evidently they have very, very good insurance.

2:38 That red paper could be a condemnation dangerous building notice and just letting them salvage what they can. I think if it's over a certain percentage destroyed needs to be leveled. Plus no real recovery unless no more storms and for sure will not look the same.
