As a Floridian that does not live near the ocean I think its time and only fair that people that want to live in these danger zones should be part of a separate high risk insurance risk pool so everyone's rates don't go up when this happens and its going to happen over and over and over again. We should not be paying higher rates for people that choose to live in these areas, especially all these rich people. Big changes are needed in Florida.

If you had only viewed the videos of "just" the damage that the dozen of tornadoes caused, which included the deaths of at least 4 people, that alone was horrible. Then, came the Hurricane, itself. It's difficult to process all of it--it's all so overwhelming and could have even been much worse for those who ended up not being directly affected--thankfully.
