My roommate still has to remove the metal overhang that sticks out from the side of the shed. The whole thing would have come off but he had it attached in the front to a fence he built to keep my male duck away from my 9-year-old duck a couple of years ago and it was like 7 or 8 ft tall and made of hardware cloth and cable ties. The neighbor was like Oh no it's going to take my head off! And then it didn't. But he did hear it rip off the side of the shed he said. And we just got all of the branches and leaves. It took my brother 4 days to clean out the refrigerators. We don't have to use the plastic bags. They just want us to make a pile and keep the piles separate from other things like stuff that you had inside your house and sheetrock and stuff like that. Thankfully the only thing that we had to throw out was an awful lot of food and all those branches and leaves. We think they might come and get them this week. Well this would be the second pickup. There were a lot of them but they weren't big like my friend's in Sarasota. She has scary monster trees and a branch that's still dangling. And my roommate took the eggs out of the incubator and put them under one of the ducks in the nest. Wrong duck wrong nest no problem. She didn't care. When I got home I put them back in the incubator there were only four of them. And they hatched! Hatched on the 27th. So I guess our freezer is good for 3 days but not four. Because everything survived Irma mostly. But the stores had no milk for days. Or at least it looks that way from the photographs of the empty shelves. And my older daplins are wondering through the backyard. They're two and a half months old. Things would have been finished earlier but My roommate had a church festival and he went to Tennessee. For a week. Maybe 9 days. We sort of waved at each other as we passed. No we had a two-day overlap. And our hotel didn't have free breakfast and the luggage carts were terrible! And my brother didn't know that the hurricane was coming on Wednesday and not Tuesday night. So we prayed a lot and a lot of people did also. And we found someone offered us their house they had moved out of. It was so big I kept getting lost. But it was so sturdy a tree cracked in the front yard in the middle of the night. I slept through that. And I think we stayed there for 4 days. I can't remember anymore. Maybe it was 3 days. It was the first time I evacuated. Didn't really have to but multiple days without power was just it would have been the third time. And I shouldn't complain because some other people would say it would have been the third time this year. But ours were Francis in 2004 and Irma and then this one. There was a lot of rain for Helene but The power didn't even go out and the same with Debbie I think. I know the power didn't go out. (We missed Charley and Ian because they both turned south of us. But I figured this year was going to be like Charlie Francis Ivan and Jeanne and I just couldn't . We also got a bonus for day power outage at work because of the kamikaze squirrel. Obviously the lineman were busy with the hurricanes and some of our equipment worked and all of our computers but not our air conditioning. That was in 2004.) But when our weatherman is telling us That he is making reservations for his family to stay somewhere else... He wasn't exactly freaking out but he was saying serious things like Now is the time we should be here and be strong for our families. And our neighbors. And he wasn't being a hypocrite. But he was scaring me. The night before he was just shipping his family up because of we didn't know how long the power was going to be out. But the next morning it was more like oh look there's a cat 5 out there. Thankfully it went down and it did turn a little bit. There are some really big trees just lying on the ground around here and thankfully they are not ours. And thankfully we don't have rivers. Blizzard of 78 I decided I never want to live near the ocean and when I heard some people had two week power outages for Irma I learned about rivers. Never want to live near rivers. I don't think I got to the end of your video yet. But I should check on the ducklings first
