Hi LiveNow from Fox, any way you cut it that one hurricane Milton is a major threat for basically the entire Florida peninsula. I myself am a seasoned hurricane survivor, have gone through several hurricanes starting from the brutals cat 4 hurricane Andrew way back in 1992 to cat 3 hurricane Wilma in 2005 here in Miami. My best advise to all the folks up in Florida, including myself, is that as the Attorney General said, to evacuate from areas of mandatory evacuation, since you wont have the chance to do it while the storm hits your area. As for other people outside of mandatory evacuation zones I would say to not be afraid, load yourself up with groceries and non perishable food, plenty of propane gas and plenty of bottled fresh water and prepare yourself with your grill for about 5 to 10 days of cooking within your front yard or patio before power is restored in your area. My prayers are with all of us to be spared from harm during the storm, rgs
