Hurricanes Frances and Jeanne: 20 years later

It's crazy how quickly time flies! My son wasn't even one and we went to spend time with some family in California for the first hurricane only to make it back for the second lol

Im from Belleville Il...I was there for hurricane Frances. 20 yrs ago.

Floridians: The hurricane is turning away… Hurricane Jeanne: Sike!! But on a serious note, I was 8 years old and living in South Florida in 2004. I learned what a hurricane was because of Hurricane Charley and I was terrified. Then eventually, Francis and Jeanne came through.

In 2004 we did have 4 hurricane we did learn about season from 2004 I didn't know one storm to another right behind1 hurricane the back to back.

Still paying for the high rated insurance to find out citizens is cancelling almost everyone . Slide was started by the lawyer for Enron . The small print says if the deny your claim you can't sue them to fix your property. Unbelievable corrupt system IMO.

Probably best to self-insure, if possible.
