Dr please reply...I have been addicted to nasal decongestant( otrivin) while sleeping. Without it there is difficulty in sleeping. If I don't use it my either side of nose blocks turn by turn. I consulted doctor for this and got to know about my septum is deviated..but if I use otrivin my blocked side where septum is bent that also opens smoothly and without it also it opens sometime on its own and I don't feel difficulty in breathing. And there is good amount of space inside the nose where septum is bent,means not in comparison to normal nose hole but it has a decent space for air to go and come out without hindrance. So in this case also do I need operation for DNS

Hurthle cell adenoma is ok, but Hurthle cell carcinoma is bad
