Great video James. Watching this inspired me to run Hurtwood this year (ran it two days ago - still hurting!), and I'll enjoy watching it again from time to time in the future to relive the memories, as it was a really enjoyable race. As others have said - this has the perfect amount of detail and definitely the right music to go with it.

Great video, a very detailed summary of the course. I also ran it, even if a bit slower than you. Nevertheless, I improved 1h20 since last April.

Congrats. That's a massive improvement and it was definitely harder with the weather and mud!

Well done James, super stuff. Had a few flashbacks with that muddy section! Beautiful trails in lots of parts though too, great event.

Thanks Ben. I saw on the results that you got that PB you were aiming for. Looking forward to watching your race video later tonight.

@@jamesday1 Thanks James. Was pleased with the result, felt like a real battle at times and I had a similar thing to you with legs cramping up after those hills!

Yeah, I can definitely relate! The steps in the woods 2km from the finish were an unpleasant surprise!

@@jamesday1 Definitely! After hearing we'd done the last hill I was taking that as absolutely no more elevation from that point 😅
