Slow cooking is healthy and yummy as well. I also feel the same for new things 😉 I love the kitchenaid mixer. I agree with you, more appliances make the kitchen look more cluttered. Can't you keep the mixer inside the cabinet and then take out when needed? Oh but you might need it everyday. Never mind.

Congratulations on your new additions to kitchen Suchity. If you are fond of pulled chicken or pork sandwiches or burritos, look for those recipes...these come out very good in slow cookers...4 hrs should be fine for chicken. In fact pot roasts come out too well in these. and ...of course you will need no pressure cooker for mutton curry...and still will get melt in mouth mutton. I think when you explained to Keyush, it struck me that Crockpots are no fuss slow cookers and instapots are brand of electric pressure cookers. With new inclusions I can see you will have trying time arranging kitchen counter top,,,Hugs and best wishes for that.
