***** I totally respect your decision with Frankie. It is the most responsible decision you could have made, you are keeping the pup's best interest in mind. I understand where you are coming from, some animals are so territorial. It's something Georgie may have never gotten over (idk if it would be different with a different puppy). My parents have 2 cats, one is 10 and the other is 3. The older one was really aggressive with the younger one when she was a kitten and it has never changed. She still attacks her 3 years later... Although it is not the same situation I think you have made a responsible decision and it is what is best for the puppy. We are with you in your grief, it is never easy and you are not being dramatic. Take all the time you need. A loss is a loss and don't worry about what other people say --- your grief is justified.

***** I agree sometimes when you have an animal and you bring another into the mix the first one does not like it or respond well. My brother had gotten a new cat (Sophie) after his first (Spock) was about a year old and he fought with her. So my brother made sure to pay more attention to Spock so he would not fill like he was being replaced. It did take about 6 months before they both got along all the time, but now they love each other very much. But sometimes an animal will just not accept the new animal and that's when you have to make harder decisions, but you might want to try and give Georgie more attention than Frankie and maybe he will start to accept him too. I can tell you would much rather keep him than give him to your bro or Mom. I love you and your family Jaclyn. I hope everything works out for the best and no matter what I know the puppy will still have a good home.

Dog's are territorial and Georgie seems to be a very dominant dog I see this a lot especially in little dogs they tend to be more spoiled and get away with more so they become jealous easily I would try taking him to a trainer even if u don't keep Frankie

I’ve been a long time Jaclyn follower. I remember when this video was first posted. I haven’t always stayed subscribed- but always end up coming back to check in. I cannot believe I didn’t know until a few days ago that Jon passed away. It has affected me in a surprising way. Like my heart genuinely hurts. I know that it has been so painful for his family and for Jaclyn and her family. People try marriage at a young age and sometimes it works for the rest of their lives but sometimes things happen and journeys change from what we thought they would be like. People go through things that break us and end up breaking the marriage. People divorce. It doesn’t always mean that you don’t love each other anymore. You can tell Jaclyn never stopped loving and caring about Jon. I truly believe she wanted the very best for him. Absolutely breaks my heart. And he was SO DANG handsome too. And sweet. Like a big teddy bear. We can find comfort in the fact that he no longer suffers. Prayers for his family and hers.
