Ok I really thought he was being supportive in the previous part but seeing him nagging her like that just throws me off. She overworks herself, wants to pursue her own dreams as well and on top of that she's helping him with his stuff. She is too good for him. It is a way to make a story on all show, including Korea. Narrative skills to give a man a villain, a ridiculous character, and create a situation. For example, the character of mother-in-law in Korean drama is similar. This technique is similar not only in dramas but also in all shows. Of course, viewers enjoy the technique The evidence is here. look! people are writing comments because they are angry! The way they hold the viewer hostage

She looks exhausted. He needs to get a job, either a better part-time job or get a job that involves his major. He can pursue his dream on the side, your dreams don't pay the bills. She looks exhausted, and honestly, the last thing she needs is someone nagging her. I don't think his nagging comes from a malicious place, but he also needs to understand that she is literally busting her ass. Whenever I watch these videos I end up feeling bad for the woman. This type of (struggle) 'love' isn't admirable. If I saw my partner look that exhausted after working all damn day, I would get a job, even if it's part time to ease their burden and I wouldn't be nagging.

I don’t judge him for not working a regular job. If she wants to support his dream, then that’s her choice. However, that sort of support and sacrifice from a spouse deserves at least the decency to not add more burden to their plate. Hey everyone this is Deborah! :) First off, thanks for taking an interest in this series and watching a snippet of our personal lives~ I'm in fact shocked and humbled to see that my husband and I have garnered so much attention haha I never would have expected this! I've read and felt every word of both concern and support; I appreciate them all and will reflect on them~ One very important detail I'd love for everyone to keep in mind as they watch this is that although this might be considered a reality show, it is still a crafted and heavily edited story! We were asked to portray certain emotions, actions, lines as well to fit said story. It doesn't fully represent the both of us and our personalities. We hope to shed more light and clarity on the filming process, who we are and what we do in due time! I know some of you have asked for some of our handles and links: I don't tend to upload or post very much (I'm working on it lol), but if you'd like to see and support us more, you can follow us on youtube at @Yongtothesun www.youtube.com/@yongtothesun instagram.com/yongsunhyun and my personal portfolio website is: deborahbello.carbonmade.com Thank you!!! I've been listening to Korean music and following Korean culture for 15 years now. I will never get over how random and sudden it was that so many Americans started showing obsessive interest in the culture. After so many years of being called "weird" and not taken seriously when I tried to put my friends and family on it. Anyway, I'm glad these people are starting to see the reality of living in Korea. This really made me mad! If this man has a degree in Chemistry, why can’t he work a regular job & do jazz guitarists work on the side? He could work a job & play guitar in jazz clubs or lounges on the weekend! She’s not doing her dream job either. She wants to work in animation, but she’s teaching English & earning money until she can find a job in her field. He is taking advantage of this woman! She is supporting the household, paying the rent, bills, buying groceries, etc. He borrowed money from her for his album. Then he has the audacity to nag about socks, lettuce & leftover coffee!🤬 He should be grateful she’s supporting his behind. That’s probably why the ex-gf dumped him in America? He’s a LEECH!!! Men like him usually have a side chick. It’s usually a woman that doesn’t want to provide for him and he can feel like a man with her and he probably uses Deborah’s money to do it too. There relationship is abnormal and not natural. Some couples do this and swear they are fine but then their situation begins to chip away at them. As a woman do you want to die working until your are 50 and 60 or do you want to be with a man that has his business together and has been preparing to retire while you are a house wife and raised kids if you want any or do you want to have someone else determine when you get up when to eat use the restroom, what you can wear for most of your life all because you married a man that wasn’t ready to start a family in the first place.
