The food 😍Food in Malabar is one of the best in Kerala. U should try local snacks available at local shops like 'kozhikalu' 'kizhangupori' etc... You won't get that from big shops.

Kerala Vettu cake ( tea shop) 4. Meat roll ( bakery) 5. Banana roast ( tea shop) 6. Kerala classic Plum - wine cake ( must try) - bakery 7. Jackfruit halwa( bakery) The list is long, can't write all of them.visit a Kerala bakery and a tea shop.Make sure you eat warm some of them or use the oven for better taste. Fish molee is a Kerala- Portuguese dish the sweet comes from the coconut milk and the sour from the vinegar (the Portuguese touch) the fish is half stirred/ fried before cooking with the gravy Simple recipe
