Hey DT! Sorry to see that this piece was shipped to you with a piece chipped. Does that happen often to you with these high end statues? That’s a big fear for me. These things aren’t cheap either. Do the manufacturers work with you to replace it? I hope so. Thanks for sharing!

It happens occasionally with statues with small intricate parts. Companies are usually good about offering replacement parts or compensation. Sometimes you have to send back the entire statue. Sometimes they make you destroy the broken parts.
