I think that husk had a wife and got separated to her before he was drafted into the war because the wife was a psycho. He did have a daughter but had to leave her with the ex wife for war. When he came back, the wife had killed the daughter and ran away. That’s when he started gambling and sold his soul so he understood how his daughter felt. Being in a risky situation, and getting something you’ll never get back. Your life. I just thought of this husker theory and thought it was fun to think about

Well, to be honest, the thing about Husk having a wife makes sense and is even more or less confirmed (In the pilot) he makes a mention that "he lost his way of loving a long time ago" obviously the pilot is not Canon, but some things of the pilot remain in the series, the truth is I would like them to talk more about their past in the second season.

The pilot is half Canon (only in some things), and currently it has become very inconsistent due to the changes that were made from the pilot to the official series, such as Husk now turning out to be an overlord. being that in the pilot there was not even a hint of that :/

gen question wouldnt this be demiromantic? demisexual is sexual attraction and on the ace spectrum, and husk has never seemed to perceive angel that way (infact im pretty sure he outwardly dislikes that attention from angel) but yeah i do think it fits husker and ill be stealing this headcanon for myself lol
