Pretty sure most, if not all was paid for by donations to the program. Also pretty sure historically the football team doesn’t take tax money, and is one of the only collegiate football teams that doesn’t. And the team makes so much money it funds all the other athletic teams on campus and has excess. So that’s why they get this facility.
