Looking forward to using these tools without having to pull them out and set them up each today. This was part 3 of 3 videos. Links to the other videos are in the description above.

This is a very legit and well thought out setup. I’ve got a rolling tool chest that’s very underutilized that I will be doing this on.. Thanks for sharing this great idea 👍

Thank you. I really like it. I’ve used the drill press, the band saw, and the vise in this configuration. It’s so nice to have quick and easy access to them. Wish I would have done it sooner.

Pro tip, since you have the drill press mounted, you can swivel the base (or head) 180°, then move the adjustable plate to the side to get a few more height inches in the working area of the press. The top of the cart becomes the support plate for larger pieces of wood. You can also hang the drill press off the side edge of the cart after swiveling and mount adjustable shelves to essentially make a floor drill press but is now portable

That's a great tip. Hadn't thought about that. Thanks for sharing.

Really like the setup, but curious if you have any trouble with vibrations from either the bench grinder or the drill press... When turned on and grinding or drilling, do they rattle every damn thing in your toolbox or is it pretty benign?

Yes, it vibrates and wants to roll a bit sometimes. For me, that’s manageable but I wouldn’t want this type of setup if I used these tools everyday. For sporadic use, it’s great. On the plus side, I moved this tool bench to a different place in the garage and it wouldn’t fit they way I had the tools placed. With the rails, I was able to move the tools around in a few minutes. Still very happy with this setup.
