*Bought this to use as reloading bench **MyBest.Tools** I put an extra 2x4 in the middle to hold my Lee powder measure, works well for my need and the price and is pretty stable*

Great video. Mine has screws coming up from the bottom of the bench to hold the top on. Be sure to avoid those.

Thank you so much! One mistake I have learned since originally making this video is that you want to avoid getting wood glue into the tracks when working on various projects. Moving clamps and other things around in the T-Track now is very difficult and I am always trying to get glue out. If I did it again, I would also use a little bit of epoxy to hold the track down in addition to the screws. When you need to clamp something really tight, it is asking the screws to do a bit more than they were designed to do. Best of luck on your project!

This is exactly what I want to do to my Husky Mobile Workbench that I'm going to setup as an Armorer's/Reloading station like Gavintoob. Excellent video!

Very nice job on the table! How did you determine where to place the tracks? What kind of woodwork do you do?
@CombsDesign4 жыл бұрын
Thanks!! The placement was really subjective, I just thought about what I’d most likely use the track for, and took my best guess. I mostly build furniture, check out my other videos and you’ll see!

Very helpful, guy. About to cut into a laminated top I just completed with 2x4s and nervous as hell. Do I really want to cut into the top or should I make a portable table to clamp to the top? Aauurrgghh...
@CombsDesign4 жыл бұрын
I enjoy having the track built in, and it provides a much larger work surface than a portable top. If you lay out your lines well, take your time, and go slowly with light passes, you will be totally fine.
