A word to those that work on a 455 if you need to replace the cylinder just spend a little more and get a 460 (49 mm) cylinder

If straight gas wasn't used, what would be the other probable causes for piston and cylinder break down?The guy who repairs my 455 which is on warranty tells me that Husqvarna won't replace because i ran straight gas

That's the same problem I ran into. Thus this video. I'm not sure what other causes could contribute apart from a bad air filter and particulate intake as a result.

Not allowing the saw to warm up before cutting, revving with no load on the engine, overheating, lean high speed mix, not enough oil mixed in the gas, carbon deposits that broke loose and fell into the cylinder... lots of ways you can wreck a saw. Always keep your saw clean, have a sharp chain, make sure you mix new fuel and have it tuned right.
