Thanks for the informative video. Like others have said before, you are not using the right battery in the 540i XP. The only approved batteries for the 540i XP are the BLi200X and BLi300. Would like to see you do a similar test using one of the approved batteries.

Not sure how much I have for an update video. Since the drought I let things go. I can show off some things around the yard though. We had a light frost last weekend. Elephant ears are ok but the impatiens got a little frost bite.

You want the XP battery either in 200 or 300. But the XP has a chip i it to regulate the airflow better.

I thought there was only the BLI 200 or BLI 300. Is there more to it?

Hello. I use to be a Husky fun but 3 years ago I went with Stihl, at that time here in Portugal the Stihl MSA220 was almost 200 Eur. cheaper comparing with Husky 540 so I went with Stihl. Have seen some videos and I belive the Husky is faster over the Stihl 220, now I also buy the Stihl MSA300 and this one have nothing to do with Stihl MSA220 much faster and powerful. Have anyone's test side by side the Husky 540i XP against the Stihl MSA300? In a video I have see in regard to the Husky make me believe the BLS 300 from Husky last longer over the Stihl AP500S, but at same time make me feel the Stihl MSA300 is faster and more powerful than the Husky 540i XP.

I not know the price on the hasky 3 years ago I buy the Stihl 220C because here in Portugal at that time it was about 200 Eur. cheaper. So far and I have cut heavy with this little saw never have problems but for what I can see the Husky 540iXP beats the Stihl 220C. Last year I buy the Stihl MSA300 this is a different story much faster and powerful, I wonder wich one with be able to cut more wood in one battery the 540iXP or the MSA300. I never use the husky or see one in real, the MSA300 I have it looking at videos seems the Stihl is faster and have more power but the Husky battery last quite longer. I wonder sense the Stihl is faster can it cuts same amount of wood in one charge, have no idea but with be interestingly try both side by side.
