6th gear wheelies have to be one of the least intense & most chill wheelies ever lol. 1st & 2nd gear power wheelies on a liter bike require a lot more precise/serious throttle control. Nonetheless, this vid was still cool as shit! I was fully prepared to watch him pick it up in 2nd and shift all the way through to 6th.. not PICK IT UP in 6th, haha. Very nice!
@Rosterized
@Rosterized Жыл бұрын
@@muscleandimports yeah exactly what i was thinking, since its the highest gear theres less of a chance to flip over because you gave it too much throttle like in the lower gears, you can pretty much hold the throttle in place once you find a sweet spot in the wheelie

@mathias6423

@@MrBoman92 Yeah I do not know what they have done to almost eliminate the monkeyslappers that you saw alot back in the 90s and early 2000s on bikes when people came down from wheelies. I have seen on many new bikes the last 10 years that they have a small hidden steering damper a bit lower down under the handle bars behind the forks that often are hidden, you almost never see them if you do not look for them specifically. My MT-10 came with one I saw it once when I was changing brakepads, if I had not done that I would not have noticed. So I bet that could be one of the reasons on many new bikes. I remember back in the day many riders that bought bikes that were extra wheeliehappy back then often added a steering damper to their bikes, like on the old Ducati Streetfighter 848-1098 for example
