Thanks for sharing. That small broken bracket is part of the SAS which can easily be deleted. Rottweiler provides an SAS delete kit for it. Really cleans up the engine compartment and reduces weight. Although I am unsure what the emission laws are like in your country.

Great video, on the mirrors could you fit the bracket on the inside of the bar protectors, then 1 you would have a little extra room for the side path width but if you com off when off-road the mirror would be inside the protector for longevity, just a thought she’s looking great

Thanks for watching. Yes, I have moved them, it's much better and doesn't foul the levers.

Just a quick question regarding Oxford Heated grips and handguards combo. Did you have to saw off the throttle tube to fit the handguards on the throttle side or just enlarge the existing hole? Also I see that you have "white" throttle tube that has siliconed grip joined to plastic, how the hell did you manage to get that off to fit oxfords?? Also regarding the Oxford grips if I am not mistaken you have the "sports" variant, did you have to cut off much of the grip? Sorry for million questions and best regards!

Thanks for watching. When I have previously fitted heated grips (always Oxford) I have simply sliced through the grip on each 'bar and torn them off. Not so with Husqvarna (and also with my GasGas) because the grip has been moulded to the throttle tube. Basically, I sliced off the throttle tube grip until there was little remaining and then scraped the bits of the grip left on until the white throttle tube was clean. However, you then need to file down the plastic 'stop' at the headstock end of the grip and I also had to sand down the white tube a little until the Oxford grip fitted correctly. It's a bit of a faf but it didn't take very long and with a bit of patience I achieved what I wanted. I can't remember how much I cut off, if any, but by removing the plastic 'stop' I could get the heated grip closer to the headstock end. I hope that helps.

Thanks for the reply, yeah I already superglued my Oxfords to the throttle tube without filing down the "stop" but rather just sliding them until it met with it. Now, when I am eyeing the oxford grips and the handguards I am about to install It seems I will be left with very limited palm space on the actual grip@@stranobikes Eh, will see how it will end up when putting everything on if not then I have to battle with unsticking the superglued oxfords from the plastic grips... yikes :D I guess isopropyl is the way

Hey mate. I have a 2023 701 with the Rottweiler/ Arrow mirrors your speaking of and love them. It’s a bummer they won’t ship to the UK. If you like you could purchase them, send them to me in California and I would ship them to you if you covered postage. Let me know.

Thanks for watching and many thanks for the kind offer. I think I'll see how I get on with the CRG mirrors I fitted for a while, but I may be back to take you up on your kind offer in the future.
