Nice job, question. Once the valve guide moved, is the cylinder head non-repairable?

it can be fixed but the machine shop bill might be more then a new head.

I've heard that those valve guides can be pressed back into place, is that true? Can that cylinder head be saved?

yes thats true, but they might come back out. iused a used head. a new head is probely cheaper than having a machine shop fix the old one.
