My 9 year old daughter would blab her mouth that I was an ebay reseller as I was negotiating prices. When we got in the car I told her to not tell people because then they wouldn’t give me better deals 😂 then she was totally confused. The real story is that I was embarrassed, while she was proud. So now I let her tell people and we still get the better deals because this is how we support our family. So yeah…tell people you are a reseller and love teaching others how to support their families! Own it 💪🏼

You can try this phrase - it's for my KZbin channel but I can turn it off while I shop here if you'd like. Evading the truth isn't necessary but giving others a voice is always welcome. He didn’t want any bad juju 😂 Seriously, though, we are Catholic and believe that physical items can have harmful spiritual attachments. I recently passed over a ouija board, despite the $10x flip. Great job on branching out (again!) on new items! I do real well with Angel Cards and other mystical books and sets. Just sold some vintage Tarot Cards today for $35 that I got for $2 at a garage sale. These items seem to be increasing in popularity again with the younger generation so they are a good BOLO.

Love this video and I've had some Doreen Virtue cards. They are used for connecting spiritually so not really fortune telling persay. As far as the GoPro, I would just say that you show people what decent things you can get during thrifting so they can help reduce waste in landfills. 🙂 I don't know how you keep track of all the high end brands! I love thrifting and often have no idea what to get. I do know shoes made in Italy are nice quality shoes. haha

I sell tarot cards all the time. Best sale was a set I bought for $4 and sold for $340. The Doreen Virtue cards are popular but there are a lot of cheap Chinese reprints in circulation now, they usually have a QR code on the back of the box instead of a barcode. They’re violating intellectual property rights. They’re also much lower quality.

The Doreen Virtue Cards are Valuable if it’s just her name on the card because they are no longer sold. If it has her name and another name, not quite as valuable because the products continued production with just the other name on it. Doreen Virtue left the business which makes all her new age products (books, too) more valuable.

So with the Doreen Virtue oracle cards - she actually went from being a new age psychic to completely denouncing her practice and becoming born again Christian. She then stopped making decks and requested all stores / people / whoever had them to please destroy all decks of oracles cards by her because she now believes them to be evil 😈 🤣 hence why they go for so much!

Took me awhile to even admit I was doing this reselling gig because I could not find employment but now all I see are other resellers in the thrifts you can tell by the look on consternation on their faces and doing comps on what they find and putting things back or racing to the new carts coming to grab stuff ... I see old people like myself reselling and I see teenagers doing it as well as 20, 30 and 40 years olds ... jobs are very scarce in NH . I have friend who is a manager at lumber liquidators who told me they are forced to advertise for help even though they can not hire anyone they just want the government tax incentives for advertising for help . He said it killed him to take applications from people really needed the job knowing he can not hire anyone ... I guess creative accounting

OK, if you want to find out about the cards, just search for your astrological sign on KZbin and watch some of the tarot card readers. They use all kinds of cards, including oracle and angel cards, in their readings. And they have several decks of each on hand. There’s your target market.
