Hopefully they remember all the Swedish death cleaning and Marie kondo (Sp) videos they watched. There’s a reseller I watch and it’s amazing what great deals he gets at garage sales by being silent. My pet peeve going to garage sales in no pricing! I always price everything at my sales. I don’t want to get up there and be told it’s $50 for a $20-$25 item.

Also one of my pet peeves, if I see that I just walk away. There’s been a couple times where the seller quoted me (5’1 woman) a high amount, for example $10 for 1 item. Then someone more intimidating (6’0 man) walks in and they quote him $3 for the same thing. When items are priced I know it’s the same amount for everyone.

As someone who collects comic book stuff make sure you distinguish the things some are Graphic Novels hardcover/softcover, some are Omnibus, and some are actual comic books. Alot of Omnibus collectors seekout due to them being only printed for so long then Marvel discontinues them and they usually never see a reprint later on.

One piece of advice (I am using my husbands youtube) do not be like me and be afraid to counter (of course not super cheap stuff) and remember that some people think that if they paid $100 3 years ago it is worth $75 today. Go with the classics, go with real leather handbags no matter if they are name brand and somethmes they are some Italian brand we never heard of but is worth $$$$. I am so happy that something like this is taking off on you tube I have helped support my family (30 years ago) with my treasure finds. Venture into housewares (signed pieces are the best.) Board Games are always great. Thanks for listening to an old girl who loves your chanel.

Just a note on that Rebelthon patch! These were made available in limited quantities to members of the Rebel Legion (an international "Star Wars good guys" charity costuming group) who participated (either through recording video or donating) in "Rebelthon 2.0", which incidentally took place a year ago today! Rebelthon was a 24-hour virtual streaming fundraiser in support of Unicef, featuring costumed members as well as other guests (Star Wars authors, actors, etc.) No real monetary value, but certainly sentimental :)
