The second name "TOVE" came up i knew where it was going. Big reason the lawsuit was bogus, i don't remember exact dates but DW was employed by NP for least 1.5 years before signing with TOVE. First year he was an unpaid volunteer dev then around 6-8months before DW signed with tove, Koil started paying dw 10grand a month. So DW was a paid employee of NP before signing with tove and on top of that when DW signed with tove NP was never made aware of it or ever talked to tove on the matter. SO NP used the code in good faith they had rights to its use as DW agreed to a lifetime license to NP when he created his account on NP. That attorney fee's is around 2 years of legal work.

Everyone who left for onyx made the biggest mistakes of their careers, especially gtawiseguy, from what I’ve seen from all the court docs DW was making insane amounts of money, i doubt GWG was much behind since he was one of the main “developers”(modders whatever) on top of all the viewership koil help them build with his constant raids. GWG was a 100 viewer andy before koil made him famous.

As someone who used to watch the Completionist (8-10 years ago) and knew about the scammer allegations. I am totally like "Wut in the f**" over the Koil lawsuit.... blowing my mind right now....

looking back at it now a lot of people don’t realize dw wanted to sue because he wanted to cause controversy to try to grief nopixels deal with rockstar, as well as get promotion for his server. not because he knew he’d win the case.

controllers are useful for folks like me who have a handicap on my left hand and im not able to to use wasd well hardly at all. I had to buy a logitech controller to program WASD into to use for gaming because my left hand has been damaged to badly over the years that it is the only way i can play. so i use controller to wasd and hold it in my lap with my left hand and use a corsair semitar 15 button mouse with my right hand only way i can play gta fortnite cod ect

a person who personally plays on prodigy currently and used to play on nopixel in 3.0, I agree that controllers should be kept out of the server when they are only used to get in edge over others
