When the challenges “dry up” as you said, I think it would be a good idea to do mod reviews, I mean like take an interesting mod and do a run to showcase it. Not only are you supporting creators, you also won’t run out of mods because well, interesting mods are made very often. (seriously I have trouble keeping track sometimes)

There's a mod called WhyBirth out that's pretty interesting. While it could classify as a "Joke Mod" there's actually a fairly sizable amount of content in it. New passives, actives, trinkets, enemies, even a secret boss fight locked behind a series of cryptic fortunes. Highly recommend if you're looking to check out some new Isaac mods.

Challenge Idea: Reverse bullet hell Loki's horns, 7 luck, my reflection, ouija board, 9 volt, and tear detonator. rules: you can only shoot while not pressind the WASD keys and items that add properties yo your tears (such as ipecac, piercing, rubber cement and tractor beam) are not allowed, but tears and damage upgrades are fine. You can get items from any source. The idea here is that you can basically hit anyone from anywhere but you cant move and shoot at the same time, similar to most bullet hell bosses. You can start with tiny planet if you want but it works weirdly with loki's horns so it is optional. also keep in mind that mutant spider, 20/20 and inner eye only work in the direction you are facing for some reason, even with loki's horns.
