On open exhaust your air fuel ratio are not set. Your intake values are as per the stock exhaust but exhaust is free flow (Extreme free flow). Your intake values are programmed as per the stock exhaust.

Just a suggestion: If you record in 4k res on your iphone, than also export the vlog in same res and upload it on youtube in native resolution, youtube highly compresses the 1080p version of videos rather than 1440p and 4k. Your videos quality will improve much my uploading in 4k.
