Doe her W just let her walk through terrain in that first clip we gonna talk about that O.o??? I'm afraid a lot of people are going to feed on her because the lack of control over over her, how stat checky she is, no health regen, and super low range. A lot people are going to play her like jax/tryndamere and try to play her like they're always 10/1 which will lead to a lot of deaths. That being said I really like her ULT a lot. I feel like the last few champions haven't had aesthetically impactful ULTs aside from the Aurelion Sol rework. Probably not a champ for me, but I hope her voice over sounds as visceral as her gameplay looks! JP - Backpaw

Briar seems like she'd be fun to play, slightly frustrating to play against but could have some flexible, interesting changes or nerfs to her kit to make her more bearable such as the uncontrollable state being forced (Can't use E) for X seconds at low levels and reducing either with skill points or levels in order to reduce snowballing early game and increase the risk and commitment briar players take. Despite that I look forward to playing her as I've been trying to learn jungle and she seems simple enough like WW to pick up with maybe better clear from the W AOE. ( Grav3Warden EUW)

Oh boi. This sounds like an absolute nightmare in TopLane. If you play a fully melee champ with no escapes she will just stat check you. On the other hand if you blind pick her and someone picks a ranged (Kennen, Quinn) or a semi-ranged champ (by semi-ranged I mean champs that have a strong neutral game due to their ranged abilities like Aatrox, Darius with their Qs) you will have an awful time in TopLane Briar. When you explained her abilties my first thought was. Ok, she will love to stack HP and AS. Im not sure about what mythic will be optimal on her, but in terms of legendary items I think Black Cleaver + Spear of Shojin + BOTR + Deaths Dance / Steraks. I like the idea of yours to actually build a tank mythic on her. Also worth noting. If people intend to play her TopLane, for the love of all gods, ban Jax. I dont care if there are champs that are giga OP, you have to ban Jax (its like with Riven, you have to ban Renekton or you play laning phase without one of your abilities and the case of Briar vs Jax he pretty much denies your main damage source - W).

What A Champion! Thanks Huzz for the rundown of the Champ, a very good video. I love Vampires, but she does not really live up to the theme. Just my opinion ofc. When I saw the abilities, I was like 'Wh0t!?' ... People who start to play her will feed the enemy team big time, until we all learn how to play her ofc. Does not have to be. So just to summarise it in different champions so people understand: Q is Jax jump. W is Yuumi attach 🌝. E is Azir ultimate but charges like Sion Q. Vex R. Passive is You make people bleed and you heal by that. You don't have natural HP regen unlike EVERYONE ELSE (Literally the opposite or Garen passive)

I love Warwick. When I first read about her kit (W Attack-speed/movementspeed, Chomp that heals, E that gives dmg reduction and CC and all in ult), I loved it immediately. Thought it would be a more agressive/more all in Warwick, and I like. EUW - Leberkeks

Interesting, she actually looks like a fun to play, couple of concerns though: It sounds to me like if you are building omnivamp she's gonna be near impossible to kill as long as she's attacking, sounds like hard CC is the only way to save yourself if you have it. Secondly with the W berserk thing going on, if it targets near by champions is that regardless of vision? Curious about that one. I feel that the CC when pushing champs in a wall is a little much but given that once you W your control is gone, I can imagine that being great for the oops I made a mistake button. having said all that ok yeah that ult looks so fun, without a doubt I would have a lot of fun at least, can see a lot of troll plays with folks ulting straight to the fountain. in summery, this champ looks so fun, little worried about builds with omnivamp I can see alot more thornmails in the future as suggested. NA - GoldenRound As a volibear main myself, she looks like volibear without the limitations of a lack of gap closers. The second I saw her gameplay I already started theory crafting builds. Triforce if her base ad is high but otherwise stridebreaker (it seems like on-hit movement speed would be really nice on her) into ravenous and death'sdance/spirit visage with opt ins for wit's end, hull breaker, black cleaver, shojin's, and serylda's. I love champs who's entire identity is just to go in super hard, I like them even more when they win those all in's. I also like champs who are constantly teetering on that low health line and healing out of it (part of the reason I love volibear). EDIT: In retrospect BORK would also probably be amazing on her.

Briar looks fun, definitely as many lifesteal items as possible to supplement that missing health regen. My one point of concern though is two stuns for such a damage dealer seems questionable. How many champs have double stun/knockup cc? JDollasan, NA

The R is amazing! August, as much as a nightmare to the balance team, he would be a catch to other games, maybe the MMO? The passive is well done, its a lot of neutral, which is also a bit bad for mages, but it will make her so aggressive

Looks very fun to play, but might be harder than it seems. You can counter her very easy by good placement, cause she is attacking the nearest champion. You keep a tank close to you preferably a rammus lmao. Will definetly pick her up, might even become my main. SonnikWAV EUW

As a person who plays older champions it's a little scary because I feel like anytime I trade she'll be full health after and I don't like the idea of Having to build an item to be successful, I feel like bramble is the new quicksilver sash tax. One thing that I don't think people are realizing is that she can't really dodge skill shots when in frenzy. Like we saw she just ate the Gwen's Q which if Gwen was fed would have chunked Briar. Also she seems like a champ that if you get too far behind she will be near useless because of how she is only go in

I think you should add Kled to the mixing pot because it rewards you for playing hyper aggressive. Her W is Kled ult mixed with Warwick ult. Her ult sounds like Gaelio mixed with nocturn and vex. NA- aku37

I 100% agree she's going to be a nightmare to balance. As cool as her kit sounds, she's going to be an absolute menace when she drops. But funnily enough these types of champions are the ones I enjoy playing the most lmao. And I can see why people would hate it, but I like the idea of losing control of your character for a set period,, automatic skill ceiling and tests how you'd operate Briar mechanically. NA, summoner name ggzel How does red buff work on her? Is it percent health regen (so she would stay at 0) or would she get some health regen with red buff? The champ seems cool, probably not going to play it myself but I think it fits into the game, it's kind of funny if you like miss an ulti and hit someone behind them and teleport under their tier 2 tower or whatever.

The self taunting ability is rather interesting. I just know I'm going to taunt myself under a tower and die lol. I'm interested to see how her blood frenzy is going to interact with other taunts, Renata, Ramus, Galio. If you use the blood frenzy for jungle clearing it might go pretty quick and may not need a tiamat item. NA-Adulwolf

I really like the way she is animated,the variability of her movements is very interesting and i wish more champ would have that. As you said surely she is gonna be impossible to balance, as there is no skill expression on her end in using either her W/R will be too strong and she will be able to stick on to everyone, or it will be weak and everyone can just kite her when she is in W (its going to be strong lets not joke around too much).

Hey, I wanted to drop in for a quick question, this is not me participating in the giveaway 😅 I wanted to ask, this new champion is really my jam and I'd love to play her, but I quitted league a while back, the community and some of the aspects of the gameplay drove me away from the game, and this new champion is making me reconsider, so do you think the game is in a healthier state than the past 2/3 seasons? It's important for league to have champions that are very easy to play. Whether for new players or ones that can't master micro plays more complex than point and click, champions like master yi and annie are important. Well, the new and improved version of this is to literally script the champion with one click and have them play on autopilot so you don't even have to move them anymore.

I will say she has nothing relating her to Vlad or aattrox outside of lifesteal which a lot of champs have. She is a mix of Warwick, Sion, and vex. Q is unique, W1 is unique, W2 is ww q, E is a mix of Sion Q+E and ww E, and R is a longer ranged vex R.

They are leaning a lot into the loss of control to balance this champion. It will be fun to see Briars get run into towers. But realistically, as long as her stats are good, the kit almost plays itself and seems very strong. Which means she'll probably start OP and then be stat nerfed 10 patches in a row. NA: Kinsai.
