You talked about good point and which is oil in the lines back to compressor my question is the oil will be in cycling I mean like the same for engine lubricant? Thanks.🎄

Little different than an engine. The oil is carried by the refrigerant, and the refregerants velocity. Both work together to get the oils back to the compressor. When it's not installed correctly, or there is a problem oil will be " logged" or traped where it is not suppose to be. This causes poor heat transfer , restrictions and mainly the compressor itself not being lubricated.

Most come with just nitrogen-holding chsrge. However, some systems come precharged. The line sets are also charged with special connections between them that open when they are tightened. Also, know that not all condensers come precharged. Most commercial and some residential also come with a nitrogen charge.

My opinion the black closed cell armorflex brand or similar. Taped or glued at each joint with Muller brand copper tubing. I will do a segment on brazimg, copper piping, bending, swayging, sweating, flaring, and more. It just takes time.

Take a real world temperature at the evaporator suction and at the outdoor unit suction. Without a little armaflex you lose almost nothing as far as capacity and I live in one of the hottest climates.

An alien hard copper is what my grandfather taught me as a kid one of the best practices and cleanest looking work. At the Chicago AHR show about a decade ago I seen a hard copper bender quite large quite expensive but I don’t care I’m about to purchase one I think this year finally. It is constructed for bending thick walled ACR without going through the annealing process it does a manual annealing through friction and rollers. It doesn’t matter how much it cost three grand plus is a small price to pay for never having to have a come back due to the quality of your installation.
