HVAC Tech Day in the Life Multiple Service Calls Dirty Blower Wheel and Poor Duct Work

hey this is just a few service calls I ran one with a really dirty blower wheel that potentially cause the fire damper to fail shut and the other was undersized duck work on a 96% furnace in an attic.

What number of PPM with the combustion analyzer would concern you? Great vid

Anything over 100 indicates a problem, over 400, turn the emergency switch off, document it, and leave.
