Good work. Customer would probably be better off doing the maintenance if she is selling because most of the buyers are going to hire a home inspection and those folks tend to report the smallest items "in need of further inspection by professionals". Last thing you want is a long list on those darn inspections.

Send them a quote for you to do it..If I was a homeowner, I wouldn't wait for two months. Tell homeowner ask for a buyout

How to you size those plenum coils? I’ve given model numbers for ADP those Adp coil and they ask for size. I go the hard way and convert them into box coils with a plenum I’ve lost customers because of this because my quotes are higher than others.

That wasn't a plenum coil.. but find a supplier that sells them or explain to customer your setup will be best in better air flow
