Should Monticello Raceway's Billy Parker Jr. be in the Hall of Fame?

Billy Parker Jr. is seventh on the all-time wins list for harness racing drivers with nearly 11,000 in mid-May 2013. Some of his supporters are trying to get him into the Hall of Fame in Goshen.

I remember as a kid sitting on the hill at Monticello watching the races and seeing my father race what good times that was in the early mid 70" visited Monticello in 2010 and went to the races couldn't believe how it was compared to then
