I Could use that follow up too! Everything spins on mine (somewhat rebuilt by the millwright I bought it from) but my lever hardly moves that block with the plunger does not move and the quill rods do not move up And down. Guess I’ll start pulling stuff apart.

My problem is that the quill autofeed knob is almost impossible to engage either way. I can tap lightly with a small brass hammer, it will engage and work properly, but it should work with just fingers. Same with pulling out on the knob, which required pliers. Sounds like a fun do-it-yourself project. 😞

arg, you stopped before the downfeed clutch! :) how to adjust it, what to adjust it to, and how to _set_ that, and what to do if it won't hold 200lbs even when the spring is maxed out..... :)
