Let me state that Iran is not an Arabic country and the Arab world does not support them. The whole Arabs speak Arabic and Iran communicates in Farsi next the largest percentage of their population are Sunni whereas Iran has a major population of Shias.

I have never referred to Iran as an Arab country. As the conflict escalates, it is clear that most Arab nations will support the Palestinian cause. My concern is whether Russia might also align with the Arab stance more actively.

I think India stand with Palestine not because of Muslim population in India but maybe because India was a flagbearer of Anti-colonial movement. But yes, muslims in India have a soft corner with Arabians, Iranians and Palestinians. And i think standing with Palestine is ok but standing with Autocratic & Regressive countries like Iran is a bad thing and muslims should maintain their Indian identity not muslim identity in this matter.
