The USA these days is no longer a trump card (nothing to do with Trump), as both its economy and industrial capacity is in trouble. With all the will in the world, the USA government can not suddenly enable its weapons manufacturers to make more weapons and equipment, nor can it force its fighting age citizens to join the military to fight for Israel!
