It's definitely outrageous for ministers to not accept the failures under their ministry. Men like Vaishnav, Thakur, Malviya, et al, need to introspect and acknowledge the mistakes/blunders made by them or their party, which caused deaths of so many. And not give outdated excuses and justifications. And, specifically with regard to the first railway accidents, the Rail Minister cried on TV; but when the accidents became too many, he couldn't find any more excuses. So what did he do? He arrogantly stood up in Parliament and idiotically raised his voice, this time not to make justifications, but to blame the previous govt by comparing the number is accidents then and now. Really, the height of stupidity! This is the calibre of the incompetent people elected to office. This is to be accepted as they are only following a boss who fumbles along the way making disastrous and life threatening policies for Indians.

The worse thing that happened, during this government, to the mindset of the majority of the citizens of this country, is that they have become more divided in a negative sense. The citizens started looking at each other as 'we' and 'they', based on religion, which in fact is a personal matter related to one's own faith, and practices related to their way of life. This current political dispensation is thriving by dividing the people of our country's by promoting ill feelings, imbalanced thinking, and violent actions among them. The open hate speeches of the Prime Minister of this country during the Election Campaigns are testimony to the ground work done and destructive forces released, including in the higher educational institutions during the last 10 years. These are the achievements to the credit of BJP rule in our country, whatever bjp may boast of regarding making India Shine in today's world. Sir, if the country has enough money, the broken material structures can either be repaired or reconstructed. But, to cleanse the poison, this government has injected in the minds of the people, is difficult, if not impossible to cleanse. The people of this country will only learn through hard lessons. Till that time, the Higher Powers, Universal God, will have to guard our country and its people.
