Maharashtra's MVA was probably one of the successful governments to actually help beat the pandemic in one of the most densely populated areas in Asia - Dharavi. Plus, the MVA Government wanted to ensure door-to-door vaccines, like the successful polio vaccine, for COVID as well, which was rejected by the Modi Government to settle a horrible political score.
