Of course he was part of economic reforms in 1991, that was his assigned task by PM. Not his original initiative. He is educated but timid, and person of low self esteem or self respect. As I knew the manger , talked him, and they arranged 24 k for her without others knowing it. I was also standing in q to withdraw money. We didn't have online paying. What ever I got that day I shared with my neighbor. We had money, but no money
