This is how the successive rulers including the Congress leaders as rulers at Delhi are implicated. Modi being non-biological has not understood the sufferings of biological human beings of Manipur, Meiteis, Nagas, Kukis, Other Tribals, Pangals (Muslims), Bengalis, Beharis, Marwaris, Punjabis, South Indians. The biggest problem is Meiteis living in the Rehabilitation Centers coming from the Kuki inhabited, Kuki dominated and Kuki neighboring districts of Manipur, who have difficult in earning for a livelihood. The petty sum of money, given as allowance, is not sufficient to meet the two times. The Centre shall take over the state and must do something to settle the problem. Biren will not be able to do anything. Again Law and Order is in the hands of Security Advisor Kuldiep Singh. So the Centre shall act without delay.
